The Gin and Tonic cocktail has become the latest fashion drink because of its versatility and great possibilities for both Premium and extra premium gins, and also because of the development in this field with a new generation of tonic and new varieties of citrus fruits.
In our workshop we teach the proper
technique to prepare the Perfect Gin & Tonic with emphasis on the following

The Tonic: varieties and processing methods.
The history, origins and the current status of Gin & Tonic.
The perfect way to serve Gin and Tonic and what is possible to add to the drink without making mistakes.
The process and preparation of the perfect
Gin & Tonic:
The Gin, how it should be served.
The Tonic, how it should be served.
Brief notions of Mixology.
How to make our own Gin.
How to make our own Tonic.
How to make our own Ice for Gin & Tonic.
This workshop gives a comprehensive
experience so that the theoretical part is accompanied by tasting the Gin & Tonic. The experience is completed with the
identification of the botanical and citrus fruits we use in the workshop, such
as fresh berries, seeds and roots.
This experience consists of the lecture and the Gin & Tonic tasting.
Tapas will be available in Lizarran (not included in the price)
Finally, we will prepare the last Gin & Tonic ourselves.
